  3/12/07 Class Payment
 Students will pay for the class when signing up. Registration closes 1 mo. prior to the class date. 
 2  8/14/06 Class Refunds
 Class refunds will be given for medical or grievance reasons only. In lieu of a refund, the enrollee may get someone to take their place and arrange payment privately.
 3  11/14/05 Grove Guests
 Odd years – Grand Lake of the Cherokees Quilt Guild of Grove, OK members are invited to attend our fall luncheon. Hospitality will advise contact person of date and time. Even years, we are invited to theirs.
  4 10/10/11 Hostess Stipend Members hosting a presenter in their homes will be entitled to a stipend of $40 per night to cover meals and any other expenses incurred.
  5 10/10/11 Member Program Honorarium $150 to members who present a program for one of our regular meetings.
 6  3/14/05 Memorial Books A book will be donated to the Calico Cut-Ups Library in memory of each member who dies.
 7  06/2009 Newsletter Fee
 Members who choose to receive the newsletter by U. S. mail each month will pay $10 per year to the treasurer to help defray costs.
 8  1/10/05 No Name Tag $
 To be used for Calico Cut-Ups guild treasury.
 9  4/10/06 Presenter Mileage Presenters who drive will receive round-trip mileage at the current government rate.
 10  3/12/07 Quilt Shop Class
Advertising		 Shop owners who are paid advertisers on the website may have a link to their website; those with no website may have classes listed on our website. Member shop owners may have handouts of class offerings available at our meetings.
 11  4/9/07 Use of Member
List
 Guild membership list and email list will only be used for Guild business. Restriction will appear in yearbook.
 12  2/12/07 Vendors at
Regular Meetings		 Member vendors will have first priority.
 13  2/9/09 Weather-Related
Cancellation
 In the event of inclement weather, if the Bentonville School system closes, Guild activities will be cancelled.
 14  2/13/06 Web Advertising
 $100 for a year; $55 for six months. Advertiser need not be a member of the guild.
 15  7/10/06 Classified Advertising Members & non-members may advertise sewing-related items on our website. The fee is 10% of the sale.
 16  1/9/06 Web Articles
 Articles placed on the web will be approved by the appropriate chair person who will forward it to the webdiva.
17 9/27/10 Dues Dues are set at $20 per year; half that amount ($10) for those joining after June 1.
18 9/27/10 Meeting Day Regular meetings of the entire membership will be held on the fourth Monday of the month (except December), unless a change is deemed necessary by the Board.
19 9/27/10 Property/Equipment Storage Any member(s) who stores Guild property or equipment is released of all financial liability in the case of fire, theft by others, or loss due to other natural disasters.
20 3/14/11 Paying Bills All bills will be submitted to the Board for approval and payment.
